Kanjuku mikan umeshu
The liquor is prepared using Nanko plums, sourced from Wakayama Prefecture, macerated with 100% Arida mandarin juice, sourced from the Sawawa orchard, to provide a fresh aroma and taste.
Among the mandarins used, only those with a sugar level greater than 11°, selected for their excellent taste, are used in the "ajimaro-shibori" process.
The result is a sweet and pleasant liqueur to drink.
