Himokawa udon
These 23 mm wide noodles, which were featured on TV, are a specialty of the Jōshū region! Made from 100% domestically sourced wheat, they have a smooth and chewy texture, characteristic of Himo-Kawa Udon noodles. They also won the gold medal at the Monde Sélection in 2014.
