Those Japanese Noodles Yakisoba accompanied by a delicious sauce, prepare very easily and quickly. You can prepare them with different ingredients of your choice and so tasted them according to your taste.

- In a slightly oiled stove, blow up meat or seafood and Japanese vegetables (pepper, mushroom, sliced carrot, chopped cabbage, soy growing, ...)
