Ramen noodles without soup
Preparation
- Place the noodles in boiling water and cook for 4 to 5 minutes. Relax and detangle with chopsticks from time to time.
- Ramen: Prepare the soup in a container and bring the cooked Chuka Soba. Add a slice of meat and/or a few vegetables to vary the pleasures.
- Yakisoba (sautéed noodles): Precook the Chuka Soba in water, so as to soften the noodles, then sauté the vegetables and meat together, with a little oil. Enjoy with a sauce.
- Hiyashi Ramen (Cold Ramen): Rinse the cooked Chuka Soba with fresh water. Add a hard-boiled egg cut into slices, cucumber into stems, ham into strips, etc., and pour in cold Ramen sauce. The bag includes two parts. Store away from sunlight and humidity.
