'Ryukyu Awamori' is produced by fermenting rice with black koji and whole koji, combined with 'Kishu Nankoume' (ume, a variety of plum) and 'kokuto' (Okinawa black sugar) containing minerals and vitamins. These three elements combine harmoniously to create a refined flavor. With a light sensation in the mouth, it can be enjoyed as an alcohol to be enjoyed during the meal while accompanying appetizers.
