Tamari produced in the Chita Peninsula is a rare product in Japan, due to its traditional manufacturing process, which is time- and labor-intensive, resulting in limited production.
Made from soybeans, it ferments and matures for long periods of time to extract the flavor and nutrients from the soybeans. Each drop of tamari delivers a richness of flavor.
It is a gluten-free product, as it does not contain wheat.
