Kōrēgusu Chilli Vinegar
The Kōrēgusu produced by the Seifuku shuzo brewery is made by marinating local Okinawan chili peppers in their own awamori and rice vinegar. This process brings a richer flavor to kōrēgusu and makes it tastier than one prepared with awamori alone.
