The "Golden Curry" is prepared with S&B's original curry powder and offers a rich aroma of spices and herbs. You can enjoy it with rice, bread, noodles and rolls, etc. Another way to enjoy it is to use it as a sauce for potatoes or meat dishes, or as a sauce for dipping steamed vegetables.
Suggested ingredients (12 servings)Beef (or chicken, lamb, shrimp) 900g, carrots 250g, potato 300g *It is desirable that all the ingredients are minced. 2 tablespoons of oil, Water 1200ml, S&B Golden curry mix 1 packet *For half a packet (6 serving): use half the ingredients with 660ml.
- In a large skillet, sauté the meat and vegetables in oil over medium heat for 5 minutes.
- Add water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer until ingredients are tender for about 15min
- Remove from the heat, break the S&B Golden Curry into pieces and pour them into the pan. Stir until the curry sauce pieces are well incorporated. Leave to simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Serve hot with rice or pasta
