Soya sauce
This soy sauce is made by mixing the original taste of soy sauce with old Sake Hida and Mirin Mikawa. This soy sauce is manufactured in the Chita Peninsula, in the Aichi Prefecture, one of the main areas of soy sauce in Japan, combining traditional techniques with the latest technologies. It has a slightly sweet and unctuous flavor and can be used in a variety of dishes.
