This is a junmai ginjo brewed at the sustainable Gakkō-gura brewery, using Sado resources and renewable energy. Fermented using the traditional Namamoto method, this sake offers a full and rich taste, characterized by the amino acids of a natural kimoto. Ideal with fermented foods.
