

Young burdock roots marinated in soy sauce flavor are infused with the richness of traditional fermented soy sauce. With fresh burdock roots produced in Japan (variety: Yagawa Risō), delicately leaving a thin layer of skin, then carefully fermented to preserve their flavors and aromas.
