Animal Free Kumamoto Ramen

This is a garlic-rich tonkotsu soup, prepared with a robust extract infused with garlic flavor.
The seasoning oil is a black garlic oil, characteristic of Kumamoto ramen, made by frying garlic in vegetable oil and lard until dark, then pureeing it.

Ingredients

Wheat flour, salt, palm oil, garlic, sesame oil, ginger, maltodextrin, soy sauce (soy, wheat, salt), onion, dextrin, anti-caking agent: calcium carbonate; palm, glucose, sugar, yeast extract, hydrolyzed vegetable protein, spices, tapioca starch, flavor enhancers: monosodium glutamate, disodium ribonucleotides; acids: sodium succinates, potassium carbonate, sodium carbonate; thickener: sodium starch octenyl succinate; antioxidant: tocopherols.
