

Organic whole soy flour (Kinako)
The "Whole Kinako" used in this product is made from organic soybeans grown in the Hokkaido countryside, then roasted over direct heat with the skin on by experienced artisans at the Kinako workshop in Onomichi. It does not contain absolutely no unnecessary additions and is certified as a "JAS Organic" product. The slightly sweet taste and roasted flavor of Kinako blend perfectly with the acidity of the yogurt.
