

Konjac is a traditional Japanese food, usually used in cooking, a low-calorie, high-fiber ingredient. We transformed this konjac into a healthy dessert with a chewy texture similar to warabimochi. Top it off with “matcha mitzu” (matcha tea syrup) and “matcha kinako” (toasted soybean flour) using “matcha Uji” and “matcha Nishio”. ※ Product suitable for vegan and halal diets.
