Konjac is also well known for its very low calorie content which makes it an ideal appetite suppressant.
Preparation- Remove the konjac block from the bag
- Drain
- Rinse with cold water (to remove their odor)
- 1 minute in boiling water
- Rinse with cold water again
- Drain
- Cut into cubes
Konjac, Seaweed, thickener: Hydroxypropyl Starch; Firming agent: Calcium Hydroxide.
