How to enjoy this product:

In the microwave :
- Place the mochi in a heat-proof container and add water until the mochi are submerged.
- Heat at 500 W for about 2 minutes.

In the toaster:
- Grill the mochi until the surface begins to brown (about 4 to 5 minutes).
- Leave the mochis in the closed toaster for about 1 minute so that they become nice and soft inside.

When cooking (for 5 pieces of mochi):
- Place the toasted mochi in about 1 liter of water and bring to a boil, then reduce the heat.
- When the mochis rise to the surface, turn off the heat and let sit for 2 to 3 minutes.
