An advanced packaging technique provides the famous Miso en Juku in the form of a fresh dough, with the traditional Bonito and Kelp Dashi seasoning, in a unique portion bag. A sachet separated from lyophilized green onion and dried wakame algae offers an accent of greenery once the hot water has been added. Perfect balance between Umami and sweetness.
