The Kura Master competition is a Japanese sake competition organized in France. The judges are mainly Europeans, including holders of the title of MOF (Meilleur Ouvrier de France), a distinction awarded by the French state to the best craftsmen. Among them are also sommeliers and bartenders from major French hotels, as well as professionals from the food industry, including restaurants, hotels and cooking schools.
