This iconic junmai sake is produced by one of Nara’s most renowned breweries. Launched in 1985, with a sake percentage of +12, this “extra dry” sake came onto the market at a time when sweet sakes still dominated. Since then, it has become a staple and, more than 30 years after its launch, it is now enjoyed in more than ten countries, including Japan, the United States, Asia and Europe. This sake seduces with its discreet aroma, its soft texture in the mouth and its clean and elegant finish. Well balanced between roundness and liveliness, it offers a light sensation when served chilled and unfolds intense umami flavors when heated.
