Uonuma-san Koshihikari

'Koshihikari' grown in the Uonuma area is used.
Thanks to the rich soil, Japan's largest river, the Shinano, and the large temperature variations during the ripening period, It is precisely thanks to these unique conditions in the Uonuma region that the 'sweet taste' of Koshihikari develops intensely, thus growing delicious rice.
This exceptional 'Koshihikari' has been steamed using a pressure cooking process to make it even more delicious.
