Sauce for Japanese Okonomiyaki Pancake

The professionally recommended okonomiyaki sauce is used in all restaurants of the nationally renowned culinary theme park "Okonomimura" in Hiroshima. This sauce is distinguished by its rich flavor and light, refreshing taste, without any strong aftertaste. In 2008, it was certified as part of the first edition of "The Hiroshima Brand" and is now available not only in Japan but also overseas. It can be used not only for okonomiyaki, but also for dishes such as yakisoba, stir-fried vegetables, tonkatsu, hamburgers, omelettes, curry, and raw vegetables.

Ingredients

Tomato, apple, onion, garlic, sugar, distilled vinegar, hydrolyzed protein, salt, cornstarch, spices, alcohol, seasoning, acidulant, caramel pigment.
