

Japanese Koshihikari Rice
Preparation
- Measure the amount of rice to be cooked and place it in a bowl.
- Add water, stir about 10-15 times, then pour out the water.
- Add water again and repeat this 3-4 times until the water runs clear.
- Soak the rice for about 30 minutes in summer and 1 hour in winter.
- Once soaking is complete, drain the water and add fresh water.
- Use 1 cup of rice to 1 cup of water.
- After cooking, let the rice sit for 10 to 15 minutes without removing the lid before enjoying it.
