

We select the ingredients to make our Senbei, in an artisanal way, in Provence. We chose flavors reminiscent of traditional Japanese Senbei, so they are all seasoned with soy sauce. We also like to play on Franco-Japanese flavors with the Herbes de Provence variation.
Ingredients Japonica rice (83%) (Japan origin), sauce soy (13%) (water, soybeans, salt, spirit vinegar), unrefined pure cane brown sugar, potato starch, caramel, Mirin (sugar, fermented alcohol, glutinous rice, fermented rice), Nori seaweed.
