Senbei with soy sauce
All our rice cakes are made from Japanese rice. We use a high heat cooking method to allow the soy sauce to penetrate easily, while leaving cracks, which we soak generously with three different types of soy sauces to give depth of flavor. This is one of our most famous senbei at KIOKO.
