It can be used for all kinds of dishes, whether rice with eggs, boiled rice or other soaking sauces, or even simmered dishes.The salt content was reduced by 25 % compared to the Koikuchi soy sauce (salt content of 17.1 %: according to standard food composition tables in Japan 2015).
