Menraku Tonkotsu Noodle Soup
Ramen noodles in a creamy tonkotsu-style broth, enhanced by a savory soy sauce. Authentic ramen, true to the quality of dishes served in ramen restaurants in Japan. The straight, air-dried noodles are firm and smooth. Prepare both the noodles and broth in one pot in just 3 minutes.

Wheat flour, salt, acidifiers: sodium carbonate, potassium carbonate, sodium hydrogen phosphate; dextrin, emulsifiers: tetrasodium diphosphate, sodium metaphosphate; colour: riboflavin; palm oil, miso (soya, rice, salt), flavour enhancers: monosodium glutamate, glycine, disodium inosinate, disodium guanylate; sugar, spices, hydrolysed vegetable proteins, colour: caramel; agglomerating agent: silicon oxide; onion, Chinese cabbage extract, bamboo shoot, fermented condiment.
