In a large bowl, put a large amount of water and let the wakame seaweed rehydrate completely (4 minutes in cold water, 2 minutes in hot water). Drain them before using them.
If you're in a hurry, simply add the desired amount directly into dishes like ramen, miso soup, soups or udon.
Note: When rehydrating the seaweed in hot water, the water may turn yellowish green. This is due to chlorophyll, a natural component of wakame seaweed. This product is uncolored and free of additives, so you can use it with peace of mind.
