Wheat flour, potato starch, stabilizers: distarch phosphate and acetyl distarch adipate, salt sugar, flavor enhancers: monosodium glutamate and disodium 5-ribonucletotide, spices, baking powder, sodium sesquicarbonate, aluminum sulfate potassium, ammonic fumaric acid, dicalcium orthophosphate, fumaric acid, sodium polyphosphate, glucose, thickener: guar gum.
Préparation- Put 1 sachet of this product and 80 ml of water in a bowl and mix well.
- Add 600 g (about 2 pieces) of chicken thighs cut into bite-size pieces to ① and mix well.
- Brown for about 4 minutes in oil heated to 160-170℃.
