Bībā
Since its release in 1970, this crunchy snack has been an iconic Hokuriku food, long loved as a regional soul.
These crackers, made from 100% glutinous rice grown in the Hokuriku region, have a crunchy texture and are enhanced with the umami flavor of Hidaka kombu seaweed and Naruto toasted salt.
Their delicious taste is addictive once you start eating them.
The name of the product comes from the fact that its shape resembles the tooth of the beaver figurine displayed in the Canadian pavilion at the Osaka World Expo in 1970, lined up with two candies.
Ingredients
Glutinous rice, vegetable oil (rice, corn, rapeseed, palm), kombu, salt, flavor enhancers: monosodium glutamate, disodium inosinate, disodium guanylate.
