1. Wash the bean sprouts and drain them well. Cut the pork into 5 cm wide pieces.
2. Heat a pan and brown the pork over high heat for 1 minute and 30 seconds until cooked through.
3. Add the bean sprouts and sauté for another 1 minute over high heat.
4. Add 1 sachet of sauce and sauté for 1 minute over medium heat.
