

“Breeze” sake, a pure rice sake, was specially created to enhance the flavor of buri. The Sado region, famous for its buri, is the origin of this sake designed to accompany this fish. After selecting five sakes from those produced in-house, based on a sensory evaluation for their compatibility with buri, an in-depth study was carried out in collaboration with the Niigata Brewery Experimental Laboratory. Using taste sensors, it was proven that "Breeze" is the one that best intensifies the umami of buri. Whether you enjoy it hot, cold or as table sake, it pairs perfectly with buri-based dishes.
