Toji Kan
An everyday sake, nevertheless complete, it is developed by our kurabito (brasserie workers) under the direction of the famous Toji-Kan of Hakutsuru. The Toji-Kan associates masterful brewing techniques of "Yamada Nishiki" rice from the Hyōgo prefecture to create a balanced and refreshing sake. Very soft, aromatic and slightly dry. Serve at room temperature or slightly fresh to enjoy its complexity, or serve hot for a deliciously refined flavor.
