Nori Komi
This is a simple furikake made with sesame, black nori seaweed, and green nori seaweed. The flavors of the ingredients are well highlighted. It pairs perfectly with rice, but can also be used as a seasoning for natto. In summer, it is delicious as an accompaniment to somen noodles with sauce.
