Our Miso Enjuku soup is practical to take away while offering our best -selling miso enjuku in the form of a miso soup. An advanced packaging technique provides the famous Miso en Juku in the form of a fresh dough, with the traditional Bonito and Kelp Dashi seasoning, in a unique portion bag. A separate sachet of freeze -dried fried tofu and dried wakame algae offers a tasty fried tofu and an accent of greenery once the hot water has been added. Perfect balance between Umami and sweetness. Powerful flavor with a long and complex finish.
Ingredients
Miso (soy, rice, salt) alcohol, sugar, algae extract, salt, dehydrated algae, santizing (wheat, wheat gluten, anti -agloing: sodium bicarbonate). Dehydrated chives, yeast extract powder. Dried bonite powder.
