Koshian tube
This dough (azuki-あずき) is made with red beans cultivated in Hokkaido in Japan. It goes perfectly with butter and whipped cream. It can be used in different ways, as on pancakes or toast, in summer on crushed ice or in Anko, and in winter to garnish sweetened rice porridge or mochi.
Ingredients
Sugar, red harch, inverted sugar syrup, white beans, salt, thickening: xanthan gum, carob gum, potassium chloride; Tamarin gum.
