Grated radish ponzu
This ponzu offers a fresh and natural flavor, made from soy sauce (nama shoyu), fresh fruit juice (nama kajitsu) and naturally fermented vinegar (nama jōzō su). It is enriched with fresh daikon and onions, double grated ('double nama oroshi') and grown in Japan. Perfect to accompany grilled meats, hamburgers, salads, grilled fish or even casseroles.
