Sauce based on meat grilling vegetables (yakiniku no tare)
This barbecue sauce is produced from slowly matured aromatic soy sauce, barley miso and finely selected spices. It goes well with a wide variety of ingredients such as meats and vegetables. Please not only use it for yakiniku, but also for yakisoba, yaki udon (fried noodles) and sautéed vegetables.
