Konbu soy sauce
A soy sauce dashi with a refined aroma and the rich flavor, made from Dashi of Manakonbu from Hokkaido and Konbu of Hidaka. Dashi soy sauce is made from Makonbu from Hokkaido and Kombu of Hidaka 100%, and is based on Maru soy sauce, which gives dishes a rich flavor. It can be used for all kinds of dishes, whether rice with eggs, boiled rice or other soaking sauces, or even simmered dishes. The salt content was reduced by 25 % compared to the Koikuchi soy sauce (salt content of 17.1 %: according to standard food composition tables in Japan 2015).
The container uses a "sealed ecological bottle" structure with a double layer which prevents soy sauce from contacting the air, which keeps the freshness of the soy sauce and the flavor of the dashi for 120 days at temperature Ambient after opening the bottle. The bottle is "push-out" type, which means that when you push the bottle, the soy sauce comes out and stops when you put it back. You can therefore freely adjust the amount of soy sauce poured, with a single drop to the quantity you want, and the shape allows you to easily pour even with one hand. The bottle is made from the PET material, which is recyclable. In addition to its function of maintaining freshness and ease of use, it is also respectful of the environment.
