Miso with dashi vegetable broth
A soup broth is made from vegetables, shiitake mushrooms and Kombu algae to give it a sweet flavor. Like Dashi Miso, it can be served simply by dissolving it in hot water. Recommended for vegetarians. Its low salt content makes it a product suitable for children. No ingredients of animal origin or chemical seasoning.
