Shirataki vermicelli
Shirataki, literally hush white water, comes from its manufacturing process. Indeed, the passage of white Konjac in fine holes to make noodles recalls a waterfall. It can be used in a wide range of dishes such as Nabé or even in simmered dishes such as Sukiyaki and Nikujaga.
