Preparation for tsukemono
The flavor of the Varech Kombu of Hokkaido and the spicy mustard enhance the taste of vegetables. It is an easy and tasty way to dip seasonal vegetables such as cucumbers, radishes, eggplants and Chinese cabbage. This bag (10g) can be used to marinate about 100-150 vegetables.
