Tonkotsu style vegetarian rame
No ingredient of animal origin, such as meat, fish or dairy products, is used. The noodles are made from local wheat flour and fries in vegetable oil. Light ramen noodles of Tonkotsu style with a rich base of infused soup of the flavor of vegetables and the softness of soy milk.
