Rice flour
This is rice flour made from rice grown in Japan. It can be used for pastry, baking and various dishes. It obtained the first certification of gluten-free rice flour (Non-Gluten) in Japan.
What is rice flour...? Literally, it's rice powder. It is even finer than "joshinko", another rice flour. Therefore, it does not form lumps even if you do not sift it, and it can be used in a wide variety of dishes such as ready meals, pastries and bread.
