How to use shiro dashi?
This broth uses selected Japanese dried bonito, kelp and dried shiitake mushrooms.
EU certified products. No added MSG, preservatives or artificial colors.
Salt, sugar, alcohol, yeast extract, soy sauce (soy, wheat, salt), dried bonito extract, kombus, dried shiitakes, vinegar.

- Udon noodle : Add 60ml (4 tablespoons) of Shiro Dashi to 600ml of hot water.
- Japanese omelette : Add 60 ml to your preparation.
- Dashi Chazuke : Add 60 ml of Shiro Dashi to 780 ml of hot water.
