Konbu to yasai no dashi

This powdered broth is made from 100% Japanese ingredients. Composed of Hokkaido konbu, shiitake mushrooms and Japanese radishes, all grilled to reveal their umami, it does not contain any ingredients of animal origin.



It also uses Muroto sea salt and Hokkaido beet sugar. Ideal for enhancing dishes without fish or meat flavors, this broth is perfect for recipes like Japanese omelette (dashimaki tamago) and steamed egg custard (chawanmushi).
