Junmai Ginjo Hyogoyumenishiki
This raw "nama" (unpasteurized) sake is made from "Hyogo Yumenishiki" sake rice and "Miyamizu" quality water from the Hyogo region. Polishing the grains to 60% retains the richness of the rice, while the "ginjo" fermentation process accentuates the aromas. Filtered, pasteurized and diluted, it offers a clean taste and a dry finish. Its subtle aroma pairs well with a variety of dishes, balancing the flavors of the sake and food with each sip. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
