Made from carefully selected mung beans from Longkou, a region renowned in China's Shandong province for its mung bean vermicelli, these vermicelli are made entirely from mung beans, without any bleaching agents or additives.
They are ideal for a multitude of dishes, such as spring rolls, salads, soups and casseroles.
