Easy Decorative Cut Mochi with Kagamimochi

It consists of an arrangement of two round mochis of different sizes, one above the other, symbolizing respectively the past and the present, with a bitter orange (daidai) placed at the top.
A ritual object loaded with symbolism to bring luck and prosperity for the new year.
This box contains 10 individually wrapped mochis, made from 100% Japanese glutinous rice.
Cooking Method
1. Heat in the grill oven for 3 to 4 minutes, then let it rest for about 2 minutes after cooking.
2. Boil in water, then simmer for 2 minutes over low heat.
