

Kito, in Tokushima Prefecture, is a famous Yuzu producing region. The region enjoys a climate characterized by a large temperature range and abundant rainfall. Due to the calcareous soil, Kito's yuzu (aoc) is known as the most acidic and fragrant variety compared to other varieties.
