Kanso yasai kyushu-san takana
The ingredients come from producers in Kumamoto Prefecture. The leaves are dried using hot air, which removes the characteristic odor and bitterness of greens. Simply rehydrate them in boiling water for about 5 minutes and they can be easily enjoyed at any time. They can be used in a wide variety of dishes such as mustard green rice, stir-fries, or as a topping in miso soups.
